2. Visiting our website
When you visit the website, technically necessary connection data is processed. This includes in particular the IP address, time of access, pages viewed, browser and operating system information, and technical status messages.
This processing serves to deliver the website, to operate it securely, and to detect and fix technical errors and abusive access. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable provision of our online offering.
3. Contact and quote requests
If you contact us through a form or by email, we process the data you provide. This may include company name, name, email address, desired package, message content and any documents you send.
We use this information to handle your request, to communicate with you and, where applicable, to prepare a quote or contract.
Where your request aims at a contract with you, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other requests, in particular from company contacts, it is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in handling business enquiries.
Providing this data is voluntary. Without the necessary contact and content details, however, we may not be able to answer your request.

To create a free trial version, we process your contact details, the PDF templates you submit and notes on the desired implementation. We use this information to review your template, create a trial version and send you access or links.
Please submit blank form templates only, without personal data. In particular, do not send completed forms containing health data, bank details or other confidential information.
The legal bases correspond to those described in section 3 for pre-contractual and business enquiries.

We use technical service providers to operate our offering. Where they process personal data on our behalf, they act under an agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Access is granted to staff involved in handling requests and to necessary service providers within their respective tasks. Data is passed on to authorities where a legal obligation exists.
6. Consent and similar technologies
Where consent is required to access your device or for subsequent processing, such use only takes place after you consent. Processing of personal data based on consent is carried out under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
7. Storage period
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose. It is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations or retention necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims apply.

Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
You can withdraw any consent given at any time for the future. The lawfulness of processing until withdrawal remains unaffected.
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@formwaro.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the place of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority: dsb.gv.at
